Create a multi language website with integrated web shop

We need a website/web-shop with different languages (Engl./D/Sp and possibly F later) and different currencies (EUR/USD/CHF).
We start with 4 categories, and about 10 articles in each category.
The product categories are:
- food supplements (vitamins),
- hygiene (soap, sanitizer, latex gloves, masks etc.),
- medical (thermometers, pregnancy tests, etc.) and
- various (UV sanitizer, etc.)

The website must be built in a way that we can do simple updates ourselves, i.e. add/delete products, add photos, etc.
