This project involves migrating an existing blog from the Newspaper theme to the GeneratePress One theme on WordPress. Goals include optimizing homepage design for improved user experience, consolidating blog categories, ensuring responsive design across devices, and enhancing website speed and security.

Key Tasks:

- Install GeneratePress One theme and configure color palette and styles
- Optimize homepage as a digital marketing service landing page
- Integrate lead forms with email marketing
- Consolidate blog categories and redirect old URLs
- Review content for SEO best practices
- Implement performance optimizations
- Conduct user testing and provide documentation

Approach:

A staged approach will be taken - creating a test site, migrating content, redirecting URLs, customizing design, integrating marketing tools, and thoroughly testing functionality. White label tools and best practices for SEO, speed and responsive design will be leveraged. Regular status updates and a change log methodology will support project delivery.

Scope Considerations:
